1988      Foundation of Nkwaleni Processors

2001      Klaus Böcker GmbH became the worldwide distribution partner of the                products of Nkwaleni Processors

2001      Nkwaleni Processors was successfully audited by SGF International e.V.

2010      Acquisition of a stake by Fruit Processing Partners GmbH

2011      Construction of a cold store to build up storage capacity in South Africa

2012      Installation of a low pulp centrifuge to produce low pulp citrus                juice concentrate

2013      Building of a new weighing system to facilitate the delivery
